You cannot ...Christina, this recipe needs revising. You cannot expect a person to wait "at least an hour" for cookies, or bites, whatever you want to call them. At 45 minutes the one I'm eating with my spare hand qualifies as addicting (and messy, but I made them big). I only waited this long to get into them because I was putting the baby to bed. On an equally serious note, this was just what I was looking for. I wanted an oat-y cookie that wouldn't heat up the house baking. I made a double batch (treats go fast at my house) using 1/2 raisins & 1/2 craisins. These were so easy and fast to put together. <br />P.S.
